Are you in chronic pain? There are some things you can do that might help. First research your symptoms. Talk to your doctor or other health care professional, as well. Keeping the lines of communication open is the most important thing.

Don’t let feelings of guilt or resentment set in.

Learn as much as you can about your condition.

Set some time aside just for you.

Don’t get depressed.

It’s possible that you cannot fix this alone.

Studies show that more women have chronic pain then men.

Don’t work too much or too hard.
